"Stay in the Loop" with KESS INFORMANT

I am a stay at home mom of two children and a Personal Wellness Coach who takes pride in helping others reach their health goals. Although I absolutely love helping family, old friends and new found friends achieve thier health goals, my immediate family is my first priority.
I enjoy and appreciate every moment we spend together. I enjoy reading, learning, teaching my children, staying fit, helping others and sharing my time and passing on information that I have learned. Even though being a mommy is a full time, never ending job, with hardly any breaks, I would not trade it for the world. Oh yes, for those of you that were wondering, KESS is my childrens initials, since they are the reason I am working from home I could not think of a better name for my site than the ones who have inpired me to be here. So in other words my site is dedicated to them.
